Coronavirus has proven to be a deadly virus which has spread rapidly throughout the World.

At Real Donkeys the safety of our colleagues, customers, and of course our Donkeys, is always paramount in our thoughts.

Our aim is to provide an excellent and professional service while implementing secure procedures to ensure we can all engage and have fun in the safest way possible.

The measures that we have taken so far include

We Will:
Provide clear, visible and easy to read instructions for our customers whilst interacting with us.

We Will:
Operate a queuing and loading system minimising contact between each other

We Will:
Provide hand washing and sanitizer facilities readily available and accessible for our customers and staff.

We Will:
Clean our saddles and hand bars on a regular basis with Anti-Bacterial wipes.

We Will:
Ask all our customers, where ever possible and practical to help their children mount and dismount the donkeys again minimising contact.

We Will:
Ask for the correct fee per donkey ride, wherever possible decreasing the contact risk and having to give change.

We Will:
We now accept quick and easy card payments at all our events, giving customers that option.

We Will:
Whilst undertaking the rides ensure where ever possible and practical all family members stay within the same group of donkeys.

To raise our awareness all members of our team have completed a virtual on line training course Understanding Covid 19 and how to implement preventive measures.

At every event we attend no matter how large or small, we will engage with the relevant person/persons within the organisation before hand to ensure we are aware of any additional procedures they may have in place.
